Mom & Baby yoga classes and postpartum yoga. Mom & Baby Yoga offers an opportunity to connect with Baby through breathe and movement and for the new mother to regain strength & stability post-birth.

Yoga for Labor & Birth sessions for expectant mothers and birth partners. This workshop is led privately or in small groups. The workshop is focused on prenatal yoga movements that help support the progression of labor, whether at home or in the hospital. Yoga for Labor & Birth helps to empower the expectant mother and give the birth partner tools to support and comfort her through birth.
Individual private and private group yoga classes offered in students' homes or in studio spaces. Offerings include: baby shower yoga class, bachelorette yoga class, rehabilitation yoga for injuries or post-surgery. Customized to individual student's needs/goals.
